Whilst we wait for Riccardo Tisci’s debut collection as the new Chief Creative Officer of Burberry (to be showed this coming September), we’ve just been told of a new experience in Dubai at which you can get your Burberry fix.
Starting next week — on Sunday to be precise — the brand is taking over The Farjam Foundation in DIFC as part of an activation to celebrate its newest runway tote, The Belt Bag. The bag appeared on the brand’s most recent catwalk show, the last by longtime designer Christopher Bailey, adding special significance to the piece which was inspired by the brand’s iconic trench coat.
Called The Burberry Conservatory, the space will allow customers to discover the bag and its inspirations up close and personal. You’ll also be able to shop the latest collection in the space, which will be decked out to resemble an English summer garden. All very civilised, indeed.
The Burberry Conservatory will be open to the public from May 6-10.
