Earlier this month e-commerce platform ASOS revealed the biggest trends from 2018 and its predictions for 2019 (you might want to consider some tie-dye and reflective metallics, just saying). And sustainability was a big part of its business model shake-up last year too, with the launch of a new program to help support emerging designers. Now, Asos’ newest move proves it’s still on-the-pulse.
Starting from February 4, the global e-tailer is introducing its first homeware collection inspired by the season’s trends in an effort to increase sales. It already has a selection of homeware products from a range of brands, but there’s no harm in adding an original touch, too.
According to The Fashion Network, the collection will be split across three themes: Eclectic Luxe, Cool Minimal and Global Traveller — we’re thinking chintzy quilts, rattan chairs and the odd animal print thrown in for good measure — with prices starting at a very reasonable Dhs40.
