This newly-launched Emirati brand is helping women feel empowered

One kaftan at a time
There's a new homegrown fashion brand that has to be on your radars now...

Here at Buro. HQ, there’s nothing we love more than supporting Dubai-based emerging labels and a new brand has just popped up on our regional radars.

Titled Serb Studio, the Middle Eastern brand launched earlier this year and have officially released its second collection for the Fall/Winter ’18 season.

Stemmed from the creativity of three Emirati sisters (Noor, Sarah and Budoor Al Khaja), the new collection perfectly fits into the modest market with pieces echoing an elegant, yet modern, aesthetic.

With a slew of abayas, kaftans and dresses on offer, the trio have incorporated their own twist to traditional clothing by staying true to the Middle Eastern essence but including modern finishing with fine tailoring, rich fabrics, intricate designs and sophisticated cuts.

In a statement, the trio-designers behind the label said: “Every piece is timeless and functional with the aim of being adaptable to anyplace and anytime. Our goal is to help women feel empowered and appropriately dressed for any occasion that may arise.”
