The UAE lands two spots on top 10 ‘Safest Cities in the World’ list

Abu Dhabi and Dubai of course...
For the third year running, Abu Dhabi has been ranked as the safest city in the world...

The UAE constantly earns Guinness World Records and lands on several lists that highlight the world’s top landmarks, museums and safety, too. And in case you didn’t know this already, the UAE is one of the safest countries to live in.

Case in point: Abu Dhabi has been ranked as the safest place to live — and it’s been proven by a global research website, titled Numbeo.

Numbeo collected data from around the world by asking its visitors (69,756 people in 5,220 cities, to be exact), to look at areas including ‘how serious you feel the level of crime is, feeling of safety walking during day and night and worries of being physically attacked by strangers’.

Topping the list of top ‘Safest Cities in the World’, unsurprisingly, is Abu Dhabi, followed by Doha (Qatar), Quebec City (Canada), Taipei (Taiwan), Munich (Germany) and Dubai (UAE).

This marks the third time in a row that Abu Dhabi has been crowned as the safest city in the world, and with Dubai ranked in sixth place, it’s gone up from its position of 11th place last year.

Congratulations to the UAE!
