When Crazy Rich Asians hit theatres earlier this year, the movie became an instant hit across the globe.
The film was a movie adaptation of Kevin Kwan’s best-selling book of the same name and quickly became the most popular romantic-comedy in almost a decade. Now, because of its success, there will not be one, but two sequels.
As for what to expect from the film, the story will likely follow Kwan’s two sequels — Crazy Rich Girlfriend and Rich People Problems. None of the original cast have been confirmed to return though it is largely expected everyone will but the director, screenwriter and producer from the first film have all signed on for the upcoming films.
