A NEW ERA BEGINS FOR BLEU DE CHANEL WITH TIMOTHEE CHALAMET.

... and it's the first time Chalamet is ambassador.
Timothée Chalamet embodies the audacious and avant-garde essence of the forthcoming era of BLEU DE CHANEL. He defies the confines of conventional limits and gazes into the unseen horizons of possibility.

Timothée Chalamet’s debut to global recognition started with his remarkable performance in Luca Guadagnino’s 2017 coming-of-age masterpiece, “Call Me by Your Name.” His captivating and magnetic presence garnered him an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor, etching his name in history as the third youngest nominee ever in that category. Since then, Chalamet has swiftly built an illustrious and diverse portfolio, collaborating with renowned auteurs in the film industry. Notable credits include Christopher Nolan’s “Interstellar,” Greta Gerwig’s “Lady Bird” and “Little Women,” Felix Van Groeningen’s “Beautiful Boy,” Wes Anderson’s “The French Dispatch,” Adam McKay’s “Don’t Look Up,” Denis Villeneuve’s blockbuster “Dune,” and his recent collaboration with Guadagnino in “Bones and All.” In the near future, Chalamet will take back his leading role in the highly anticipated “Dune: Part Two” and embody the iconic character in “Wonka,” a movie musical prequel to Roald Dahl’s “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.” Additionally, he will portray Bob Dylan in James Mangold’s upcoming film, “A Complete Unknown,” with filming scheduled to commence this summer.

In a groundbreaking collaboration, Timothée Chalamet joins forces with CHANEL, becoming the first-ever official ambassador for a fashion or beauty label. Challenging conventional notions of men’s perfumery, the forthcoming campaign for BLEU DE CHANEL signifies a significant milestone for both Chalamet and the esteemed house of CHANEL. This momentous occasion ushers in new chapters for Chalamet as a modern icon and for the enduring legacy of BLEU DE CHANEL. The highly anticipated advertising campaign, featuring Timothée Chalamet captured by Mario Sorrenti, is set to release in June 2023, followed by the debut of the campaign film, directed by Martin Scorsese, in the fall.
