The British Fashion Awards is considered one the most exciting nights on the fashion calendar and it just took its 2022 edition to Royal Albert Hall in London. Recognising and celebrating creativity and innovation in fashion, the event celebrates the role of fashion in self-expression, optimism, and its positioning at the intersection of culture.
For this year’s global accolades, the final nominees, winners and Leaders of Change were chosen by over 1000 key members of the international fashion industry and during the awards, Valentino’s Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli took home the prestigious ‘Designer of the Year’ award.
The award recognises “an international designer whose innovative collections have made a notable impact on the industry, defining the shape of global fashion.”
