Meghan Markle is still on maternity leave, however we’ve still managed to see the new mum for her first post-baby appearance at Trooping The Colour parade earlier this month. And whilst we thought that we would have to wait for months until she’s in the public eye again, we were wrong. Actually, it’ll be in a few days time.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the Duchess of Sussex is expected to attend Wimbledon to support BFF, Serena Williams, however; the only thing that could keep her from attending the annual tennis tournament is if “the baby [Archie] keeps her home last minute.”
This year’s tennis tournament is set to run from July 1-14, and will mark the second time we’ll see the member of the royal family sitting courtside.
The Duchess was spotted attending the tournament last year, alongside her sister-in-law Kate Middleton (who has recently been given a brand new role by the Queen). Together, the Duchesses watched the ladies’ finals, marking their first-ever joint event together.
Will we see the trio back together this year? We can only hope so…
