You can now do this Victoria’s Secret model-approved workout at home

No runway appearance necessary
Ever wanted to train like an Angel? Well, now you can...

Every year, some of the world’s most beautiful women take to the runway for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. For many, it’s a defining moment in their careers and you best believe they’ve worked incredibly hard to get their bodies into peak physical condition for the appearance. For us mere mortals, we’re often left wondering how they get their bodies into shape (aside from an obvious boost of good genetics). But wonder no more as the man responsible for sculpting Nadine Leopold, Dev Windsor and Romee Strijd has just released an app that means you can do the exact workouts he does with the Angels in the comfort of your very own home or gym.

Called P.Volve, it is run by Stephen Pasterino and its designed to “elongate and create lean muscles and eliminate bulk creating shape and definition.” It is also described as “low impact anti-pulse training” with a “focus on stretching and opening the hips” and “hundreds of different moves that activate hard to reach muscles.” Plus, the app has over 75 different workouts that can be tailored according to your body type, equipment availability and how long you want to work out for.

Speaking of equipment, there’s very little required, save for some gliders, ankle weights and hand weights, and Pasterino has also patented two of his own pieces of equipment, the P.ball and P.band for added impact.

The best news is that the app is available for download in the Middle East. Just head to Pvolve.com and enter your mobile number and you’ll be sent a download link. Time to #TrainLikeAnAngel.
