The Maison has awarded over $100 million to support the world’s most treasured seascapes and landscapes.

The Tiffany & Co. Foundation joyfully announces that it has surpassed $100 million in grant awards since its inception, championing the conservation of the world’s most cherished seascapes and landscapes. For more than 20 years, the Foundation has supported top-tier organizations worldwide that make a meaningful impact on both the environment and the community. As the Foundation enters its third decade, it remains steadfast in its pledge to safeguard the earth’s precious places for generations to come.

The Tiffany & Co. Foundation is proud to highlight a few of its global successes:

Ocean Protection: The Foundation has funded the creation and implementation of more than 30 Marine Protected Areas, safeguarding over 11 million square kilometers (equivalent to the United States’ size) across the five oceans. This work aligns with the recent United Nations’ historic treaty to protect ocean life, signed by over 190 member nations on March 4, 2023. Grant recipients include Conservation International, Wildlife Conservation Society, and Oceans 5.

Coral Reef Conservation: The Foundation has supported coral reef protection and promotion in 30+ countries worldwide, spanning from Hawaii to the Caribbean, Australia, and the Coral Triangle. Grant recipients include The Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Coral Reef Alliance, and The Nature Conservancy.

Landscape Conservation: The Foundation has contributed to cleaning up abandoned mines across the American West and protecting ten million acres of ecologically rich and culturally significant lands. Grant recipients include Trout Unlimited, Clark Fork Coalition, and the Conservation Lands Foundation. The Foundation has also helped reclaim abandoned diamond mines in Sierra Leone through the Peace Diamonds Restoration Initiative, partnering with RESOLVE to revive these lands for viable agricultural use with local communities.
