Louis Vuitton launches new watches to celebrate Chinese New Year

Here's how to make one yours
Louis Vuitton is the latest brand to release a collection dedicated to Chinese New Year. Buro 24/7 Middle East has the details...

Hot on the heels of Gucci announcing the release of a dedicated canine-inspired capsule collection for Chinese New Year, Louis Vuitton has revealed its own collection of men’s and women’s watches designed to celebrate the Year of the Dog.

The 12-piece collection sees the brand’s Tambour Horizon smart watch (first released in 2017) updated with 12 new dials with images of the Chinese zodiac including the dragon, snake, rooster, goat, tiger and ox among others. Each symbol is decorated with the brand’s iconic logo and the watch is available in either a black or red leather logo-printed strap.

The watch is waterproof to 30 metres and is able to be customised with the wearer’s initials and the brand’s signature stripes if desired. Plus, with a 24-hour watch face, Bluetooth connectivity and an in-built travel app, there’s no better piece to see you through the next 12 months in style.
