Weeks before unveiling Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Haute Couture collection, Dior revealed the Creative Director’s dreamlike couture silhouettes in a double staging whilst also unveiling the Maison’s new High Jewellery collection.
Entitled Dior Print, the reveal took place at an exceptional event in the Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina, Sicily. The poetic gala couldn’t have been a better setting to showcase the 137-piece collection by Victoire de Castellane, as it sublimely celebrated the art of couture and the power that prints and patterns have.
The dreamlike double staging revealed the sparkling creations set against long white couture dresses that reinvented the technique of the peplum. From fashion to jewellery, it was an enchanting showcase that celebrated the combination of Parisian elegance and Italian dolce vita.
