No one does a winter wonderland quite like Chanel

A pop-up like no other
Welcome to the French Alps, where Chanel's new pop-up is snowing with inspiration...

There’s no better way to spend the holidays than in the alps — think hot cocoa by the fireplace, minus-degree weather and a white Christmas. Oh, and kept warm in Chanel‘s Fall/Winter ’19 collection.

For the winter season, the luxury maison have once again opened up the doors to its annual pop-up boutique at Courchevel — and it’s literally a one-stop-shopping destination for everything you need to having a luxe holiday.

Welcoming to shoppers to its annual pop-up are the letters of CHANEL, beautifully lit up with red neon lights set against the white façade of the boutique, then embedded with black trimmed windows. The inspiration? The colours make up the Cruise ’19 collection imagined by Virginie Viard — think black, white, beige, red and khaki blend with tweed.

Inside the rails of the almost minimalist boutique sits the Fall/Winter ’19 and Cruise ’19 collections, along with the Coco Neige line, a selection of coveted bags, accessories, jewellery creations and watches. You’re spoiled for choices.

The two-storey boutique is connected through a staircase made in wrought iron (reminiscent of that of 31 rue Cambon), where it leads to a lower level adorned with displays of Chanel’s footwear offerings.
