Under the terms of this accord, the Cariaggi family shall retain the reins of their namesake empire, graciously holding 51% of the cherished shares. Within the arrangement, both Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. and Chanel shall each revel in a 24.5% stake, joining hands to etch their indelible mark on the tapestry of Cariaggi Lanificio’s future.
