In a spellbinding collaboration, the Cariaggi family, Brunello Cucinelli, and Chanel have inked a timeless pact.

Chanel, the epitome of luxury, has acquired a coveted share of Cariaggi Lanificio, the illustrious knitting yarn maestro celebrated for their mastery of cashmere and fine wools. Under the terms of this accord, the Cariaggi family shall retain the reins of their namesake empire, graciously holding 51% of the cherished shares. Within the arrangement, both Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. and Chanel shall each revel in a 24.5% stake, joining hands to etch their indelible mark on the tapestry of Cariaggi Lanificio’s future.
