Lewis Hamilton unveils new logo for the first TommyXLewis collection

The global brand ambassador will debut his collection for Fall '18
We finally know when Lewis Hamilton's first collection with Tommy Hilfiger will be released. Find out here...

One month ago, Tommy Hilfiger announced that Lewis Hamilton had officially joined the Tommy family as the global brand ambassador for its menswear collections and would make his debut in the brand’s Spring ’18 campaign.

Now, not just a face in front of the lens, the British Formula One racing champion is set to introduce his first collaborative collection, titled TommyXLewis, with the American label during the autumnal season.

In an intimate gathering in Shanghai earlier this week, Hamilton revealed the TommyXLewis flag which showcased the driver’s logo for the upcoming collection, along with an art installation which gave us a sneak peek at inspirations behind the design.

As to what to expect? The collection will feature a selection of apparel, footwear, accessories, underwear and socks, complete with the brand’s iconic casually-cool elements and Hamilton’s race-ready aesthetic.

Speaking of the collaboration, Hamilton said: “As my love of fashion has grown so has my desire to design a collection. It is an honour to partner with Tommy Hilfiger to make this dream come true. I cannot wait to show fans around the world how Tommy and I have channelled our creativity into this first TommyXLewis collaborative collection.”

The new TommyXLewis collaboration is a stylish follow on from Tommy Hilfiger’s four-season run with Gigi Hadid. Take a look at how the pair celebration presented their fourth and final collaboration collection on a Formula One-themed runway during Milan Fashion Week
