Jazzy's new eyewear brand may be from the region but its newest collection is a blast from the past...

2018 has been a big year for sunglasses. Certain styles have been trending, including those tiny frames we either love or hate (we’re divided here at Buro HQ) but it seems globally everyone is now eyewear obsessed. 

Now, Egyptian label Jazzy has released its latest boho-inspired collection that consists of round-shaped rims, squared cuts and the iconic cat eye (a signature frame for the brand), all complete with high quality polarised and mirrored lenses.

Boasting a retro-chic ’70s vibe, the beautiful creations are perfect for summer holidays (or for us here in the Middle East, all year-round), finished with top-notch frame technology and ultra-lightweight materials. 

Exclusively speaking to Buro 24/7 Middle East about she decided to launch the brand, Jazzy Founder, Yasmine Seoud, said: “I started the brand because I felt there was a huge market for it in the region. Independent/new sunglasses brands are emerging worldwide and I felt I could do the same in our region. I wanted to offer trendy, good quality sunglasses that are also affordable. I think with our weather in the Middle East, sunglasses are a major accessory, so it’s fun to be able to change it up.”
