Chanel is a house built on tradition, its brilliant founder and her vision, and to leverage its history, a plethora of stories have been told throughout the years’ collections, campaigns, product launches and now, a new podcast series.

Titled Chanel Connects, the Maison’s newly launched podcast series will be music to your ears as you dive in and listen to leading voices come together to discuss the future of culture – a manifestation of Chanel history. The intimate conversations will see innovators and contributors from film, art, architecture, dance, music and fashion engage in discussion about the new cultural frontiers of 2021 including creative work, technology, social change and the arts.

A bridge for emerging and established talents to come together, Chanel Connects includes notable participants such as Tilda Swinton, Keira Knightley, Pharrell Williams, LuluWang, Eliza Hittman, Jennifer Packer, Es Devlin and plenty more.

In conversation with Lulu Wang, Keira Knightley reflected on the power of film to reveal fresh perspectives on societal issues and the importance of better representing female voices both in front of and behind the camera. “I grew up on images of those forties fast-talking women. The shock was when I got into the film industry and then questioned, ‘Where are these powerful women?”.
