Charlotte Tilbury has always championed a perfect complexion, whether through her cult Magic Cream or by helping women to create a flawless base using her products. Now, the makeup maven is taking that ethos one step further with her newest complexion collection. The collection’s two hero products are the Magic Away Liquid Concealer and the Genius Magic Powder.
The Magic Away Liquid Concealer is described by Charlotte as being the ultimate concealer, actively working to conceal redness, blemishes, dark circles and imperfections. The long-wear formula (15 hours to be exact) is made using Persian silk tree bark extract which “stretches over the complexion and resurfaces like new skin” according to the brand, as well as Palmitoyl Glycine, which is “identical to the ‘Bliss Molecule’ naturally present in the skin” and wild indigo extract which is used in ayurvedic treatments.
The Genius Magic Powder is a light-diffusing loose powder that works to boost radiance whilst mattifying the skin. One of its key ingredients is Face Blur Veggie Powder which is an alternative to talc and is used “to absorb excess oil from the skin creating a matte appearance.”
In addition to the new products, Charlotte is also extending her Magic Foundation and Light Wonder foundation ranges. From September, customers will be able to purchase five new Magic Foundation shades and two new Light Wonder shades in store.
