Fashion’s finest have officially descended upon Qatar to take part in Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA), a non-profit organisation that aims to acknowledge and nurture young talents, as well as support the dynamic fashion designers in the Middle East region with international recognition.
Under the Qatar Creates initiative (which was conceived to promote and celebrate the diversity of cultural activities in the country), Doha’s current calendar will be jam-packed with events that will consist of exhibitions, awards ceremonies and panel discussions. And this year, Miu Miu is a key power player throughout Fashion Trust Arabia.
Through this partnership, Miu Miu will be hosting a star-studded ‘Miu Miu Club’ after-party following the ceremony on October 26 where they’ll also present a headline music performer – but, everything is still pretty much under wraps so whilst we don’t know who’s set to perform, you can expect a big name.
With a list of international and regional talents and personalities from the worlds of fashion and culture in tow, Miu Miu’s presence at FTA continues to highlight its commitment to the Middle East. With that being said, the Italian luxury brand continues to celebrate its growing community in the region and solidifying that statement, Miu Mu opened a store in Place Vendome (Doha) earlier this summer.
