ANNE HATHAWAY FOR BVLGARI
Bvlgari launched its latest campaign, showcasing some of its signature icons fronted by a roster of incredible talents. Titled ‘Unexpected Wonders’, the Roman jeweller tapped extraordinary women (and friends of the house) to highlight High Jewellery creations from the Serpenti range, Divas’ Dream, B.Zero1 and BB collections, and the stars couldn’t have been better masters in portraying the strong and multifaceted nature of their personalities. The list includes some longtime friends of the house including Zendaya, BLACKPINK singer Lisa, and Chinese actress Shu Qi; but also two prestigious new entries with Academy-Award winning actress Anne Hathaway and U.S.-based Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, officially making their debut as brand ambassadors.
The first part of the ‘Unexpected Wonders’ campaign film has dropped starring Hathaway and Zendaya, and all we can say is we get why everyone’s utterly obsessed with the film (and them!). Directed by Paolo Sorrentino, the two actors wear the house’s classic Serpenti line as they explore the city of Rome. “In the search for wonder,” Hathaway narrates, as Zendaya joins in: “There are no endings.” The clip also puts the spotlight on pieces from Bvlgari’s collections such as the B.Zero1 and BB.
What a power duo. It’s a combo we never knew we needed.
GISELE BÜNDCHEN FOR BURBERRY
Here to show the next-gen how things are done, Gisele Bündchen is back on the scene with Burberry. The supermodel was photographed fronting Burberry’s latest campaign highlighting Riccardo Tisci’s TB Summer Monogram collection – one that celebrates the brand’s duality, fusing past and present.
Joining a long list of iconic models who have fronted campaigns for the brand in 2022 including the likes of Bella Hadid, Jourdan Dunn, Lourdes Leon and Ella Richards, Bündchen poses alongside unreleased portraits of herself, captured by photographer duo Luigi and Iango, who previously worked together ten years prior.
AUSTIN BUTLER FOR CARTIER
On the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, we spotted Austin Butler wearing a custom Celine tuxedo along with pieces from Cartier – think the Cartier Juste un Clou bracelet in white gold, the Cartier Tank Must watch and a Cartier Love ring in white gold. It was just the start of his new ambassadorship with Cartier.
“We are delighted to welcome Austin into the maison as an ambassador for North America,” said Arnaud Carrez, Cartier’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer, in a statement. “As a talented actor, Austin’s bold approach to life and unique sense of style is inherently aligned with our core values here at Cartier.”
