PLUM UP THE VOLUME: 5 TRICKS FOR NATURALLY FULL LIPS.

Kiss Kiss.
If you're looking to enhance the softness and plumpness of your lips, here are some tips to help you achieve that perfect pout.

HYDRATION IS KEY.
One of the most crucial factors in maintaining soft and plump lips is hydration. Make sure you drink
an adequate amount of water throughout the day to keep your body and lips hydrated from within.
You can also use a hydrating lip balm or moisturizer containing ingredients like shea butter, coconut
oil, or hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture and prevent dryness.

EXFOLIATE REGULARLY.
Exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells from your lips, revealing softer and smoother skin
underneath. You can use a gentle lip scrub once or twice a week to exfoliate your lips. Alternatively,
you can make your own lip scrub at home using ingredients like sugar, honey, and coconut oil. Gently
massage the scrub onto your lips in circular motions, then rinse off with lukewarm water.

PROTECT FROM THE SUN.
Just like your skin, your lips can also get damaged by the sun’s harmful UV rays. To protect your lips,
use a lip balm or lipstick that contains SPF. This will help prevent sunburn, dryness, and premature
aging of the lips. Reapply the lip product regularly, especially when spending extended periods
outdoors.

USE LIP MASKS OR OVERNIGHT TREATMENTS.
Lip masks and overnight treatments are great for giving your lips an extra boost of hydration and
nourishment. Look for products that contain ingredients like peptides, vitamins, and antioxidants to
promote lip plumpness and rejuvenation. Apply the mask or treatment before bedtime and wake up to
softer, more supple lips in the morning.

MASSAGE YOUR LIPS.
A gentle lip massage can improve blood circulation to the lips, making them appear fuller and
healthier. Use a soft toothbrush or your fingertips to massage your lips in small circular motions. You
can also apply a drop of olive oil or almond oil to facilitate the massage and provide additional
hydration.
