Whether you’re hunting for a statement piece to elevate your wardrobe or a subtle touch of luxury to punctuate your daily life, the Buro Must-Have list is your definitive guide to being “in the know.”

Today’s must-have is none other than Bulgari’s latest timepiece now unveiled in three Limited Editions, each a tribute to the timeless art of Trompe L’oeil mastery. Delve into a world where artistry intertwines seamlessly with technical prowess, where every stroke of the brush and every line drawn freehand blend in perfect harmony. These editions are not merely watches but manifestations of creativity and ingenuity, where the boundaries between reality and illusion blur, leaving behind a trail of awe and admiration.

Available in two exquisite limited editions – a mere 280 pieces in steel and a tantalizing 70 in rose gold – these timepieces are a testament to meticulous design and creative brilliance with a dial that is a masterful portrayal of mechanical marvels. Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani’s deft strokes bring to life the inner workings of the watch – from the delicate micro-rotor to the intricate escapement and bridges, adorned with rubies and finished with exquisite details like Côtes de Genève and circular graining.

The distinction between the rose gold and steel editions extends beyond material choice; it’s a journey into different sensibilities. The 18K 5N rose gold edition exudes timeless elegance, with its polished and satin-finished case and bracelet providing a luxurious backdrop for the monochrome sketch. Subtle shades of gray accentuate its grace, turning the dial into a captivating tableau.

Meanwhile, the steel version embraces a more contemporary aesthetic. Shades of gray dominate, from the off-white sketch background to the carbon-like strokes, contrasting against the charcoal hands and the steel case and bracelet. The interplay of polished and satin finishes, coupled with the sunburst-brushed bezel, captures the urban allure, reflecting the city lights at dusk.

Both editions measure a sleek 40mm in diameter and a mere 6.4mm in slimness, powered by the in-house BVL 138 caliber with a 60-hour power reserve. The sapphire case back is adorned with a unique etching – “EDIZIONE LIMITATA” and “1884 – 2024” – commemorating Bulgari’s 140th anniversary. These timepieces transcend mere functionality; they’re a celebration of heritage, craftsmanship, and the timeless allure of artistry.
