Just moments ago, Apple introduced its next generation of the iPad, Apple Watch and iPhone during its virtual event at its headquarters in Cupertino, California. Tim Cook revealed the latest models of the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro-Max, and here’s everything you need to know.
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini
Fairly similar to the flat-edged design of the iPhone 12, the newest generation of the iPhone features a diagonal arrangement for the dual-camera system in the back. Available in five new colours – think (PRODUCT)RED, starlight, midnight, blue, and pink – the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini features major innovations, including a new way to personalise the camera with Photographic Styles, and Cinematic mode, which brings a new dimension to video storytelling.
Complete with a durable design and an even more amazing battery life, the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini also boast super-fast performance and power efficiency with A15 Bionic, a brighter Super Retina XDR display that brings content to life, incredible durability with the Ceramic Shield front cover, double the entry-level storage at 128GB, an industry-leading IP68 rating for water resistance, and an advanced 5G experience.
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini will be available with pre-orders beginning Friday, September 17, and availability beginning Friday, September 24, with a new entry-level capacity of 128GB for double the storage, as well as 256GB and 512GB capacities.
iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro-Max
Apple has once again pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in a smartphone. The new iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max receiving promotions in performance, durability, battery life, design and overall experience. Set to be vailable in four stunning finishes including graphite, gold, silver, and sierra blue.
The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro-Max comes with a new pro camera system that gives you pro photography capabilities such as improved telephoto zoom, macro photography, Photographic Styles, Cinematic mode, as well as ProRes and Dolby Vision video. Along with a software integration, the new camera system brings macro photography to the iPhone for the first time with images appearing more sharp and detailed than ever before.

The all-new Pro line-up has been redesigned inside and out, offering a durable design and a huge improvement with its battery life – think lasting up to one and a half hours longer in a day than the iPhone 12 Pro, whilst and iPhone 13 Pro Max will last up to two and a half hours longer in a day than iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Other improvements include a Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion; a massive leap in battery life; A15 Bionic, the fastest chip in a smartphone; an advanced 5G experience; and so much more.
