Earlier this week, we spotted Kate Middleton and Prince William at Balmoral with Queen Elizabeth, without Meghan Markle or Prince Harry in sight. Now, it seems like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are making their own plans to visit the British royal’s Scottish estate, Balmoral Castle, soon.
According to The Sun, the former Suits actress is expected to make her first ever trip to stay with the Queen at Balmoral next week, alongside Prince Harry and baby Archie.
However, Meghan’s visit may force her to skip a few of the family’s traditional activities including hunting, due to her history of animal activism. Plus, the Duchess follows a strict vegan diet during the week so she may choose to skip the blood sports.
Writing for the Daily Mail, royal editor Robert Jobson said: “It is hunting which is perhaps the biggest passion. Meghan, however, who rather disproves of such blood sports, may choose to feign a headache.”
Whilst the Duchess of Cambridge opted for a Michael Kors Collection midi dress during her visit, we can’t to see what the new mum will front for her first outing at Balmoral.
