Louis Vuitton has deepened its collaboration with Formula 1 by unveiling its fifth bespoke Trophy Trunk of the 2025 season for the FORMULA 1® GULF AIR BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX, held from April 11 to 13 at the Bahrain International Circuit.
Part of a 10-year global partnership announced earlier this year, the brand’s made-to-measure trunks have become a signature presence at races, pairing luxury craftsmanship with high-octane adrenaline. Each trunk showcases the iconic Louis Vuitton “V”, standing for both “Victory” and “Vuitton”, hand-painted in a bold design, wrapped in the classic Damier pattern, and lined in sleek black leather and microfiber to cradle the championship trophies.
Crafted at the Maison’s historic Asnières atelier, this season’s fifth trunk made its podium debut in Bahrain, and it was Oscar Piastri of McLaren who took the top spot, claiming victory and sealing a defining moment of the 2025 season. The Australian’s win added a fresh surge of energy to the event, amplifying the significance of the trunk presentation amid the roaring celebrations.
This isn’t Louis Vuitton’s first lap with Formula 1. After its previous partnership with the Monaco Grand Prix between 2021 and 2024, the brand shifted gears in 2025 by expanding its presence across the entire F1 calendar. With custom Trophy Trunks and first-ever trackside branding, Louis Vuitton is rewriting the luxury playbook for motorsport.
As the fourth race of the season, the Bahrain Grand Prix delivered high-speed drama, bold design, and a taste of victory, all wrapped in Louis Vuitton’s unmistakable flair.
