Foodies across the UAE (and around the globe) are certain to know Chef Vineet Bhatia. The Mumbai-born chef is not only the first Indian chef to earn two Michelin stars (#nobigdeal) but, he was one of the panel of judges on Netflix’s cooking show The Final Table, where he also had to showcase Indian food with some of the world’s finest chefs.
Famed for his gastronomic excellency, Bhatia is bringing some of this cooking to the Middle East and we seriously can’t wait.
The Michelin-lauded chef will open his third restaurant in the UAE following Indego by Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai (opened in 2005) and Indya by Vineet at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa (opened earlier this year) and now, his next branch will be conquering the taste buds of those in Abu Dhabi.
His renowned Rasoi eatery will be opening at Jumeirah Etihad Towers and the restaurant is set to serve up the chef’s famous take on Indian cuisine.
Whilst no further details have been revealed, it was Bhatia himself who shared the news via social media.
Beginning of our new journey to showcase Indian food in Abu Dhabi.
