Tiffany & Co. has unveiled Bird on a Rock by Tiffany, a dazzling new collection that breathes fresh life into one of its most iconic motifs. Originally created by legendary designer Jean Schlumberger, the Bird on a Rock now soars into both high jewelry and fine jewelry through the creative vision of Nathalie Verdeille, Tiffany & Co.’s Chief Artistic Officer.
At the heart of the collection is the wing motif: sculptural, elegant, and symbolic of freedom and love. For the high jewelry suites, Tiffany’s artisans studied the intricate details of birds, their feathers, stances, and wing structures, translating them into dynamic designs that seem to flutter on the skin.
Two spectacular suites anchor the debut: one featuring Tiffany’s legacy gemstone, tanzanite, and the other celebrating turquoise, a stone beloved by Schlumberger. The turquoise suite, highlighted by a show-stopping necklace with a diamond bird clutching strands of cabochon turquoise, exemplifies Tiffany’s blend of tradition and innovation.
Meanwhile, the fine jewelry collection distills the bird motif into abstract, textural creations. Convertible earrings, stackable wing-inspired rings, and sculptural diamond settings showcase versatility and modern artistry.
With Bird on a Rock by Tiffany, the House reimagines a timeless icon for dreamers and romantics alike, proving once again that the sky is the limit.
