In 2004, Boucheron introduced the world to its new creation: the ‘Quatre’ ring. The premiere ‘Quatre’ ring comprised four patterns from the Maison’s archives and three colors of gold. What began with a single ring soon expanded into a jewelry range, quickly becoming an emblem of the brand. Now, as the brand celebrates the 20th anniversary of the iconic ‘Quatre’ line, it has planned various surprises that will be revealed in the form of engaging campaigns, stunning new creations, new destinations to celebrate the milestones, and new faces to represent the ‘Quatre’ line.
To commemorate this milestone birthday and give it a stronger resonance in the Middle East, Boucheron has, for the very first time, appointed four Middle Eastern faces to represent the ‘Quatre’ line. Reflecting the fusion of materials, patterns, and colors of the ‘Quatre’ collection, the four Middle Eastern creatives–Amina Muaddi, Dana Hourani, Dilan Çiçek Deniz, and Boucheron’s brand ambassador, Mila Al Zahrani–come from different parts of the region and embody a diverse set of talents.
While Amina Muaddi, a Jordanian-Romanian designer, revolutionized the shoe industry with her eponymous label in 2018, Lebanese pop artist Dana Hourani captivated listeners with her debut in the same year. Turkish actress Dilan Çiçek Deniz, celebrated for her poetry and acting, champions self-expression through literature, theater, and TV. Saudi actress Mila Al Zahrani, also Boucheron’s ambassador, empowers women with her bold career choices in Middle Eastern cinema.
Speaking about Boucheron’s celebrations for the 20th anniversary of ‘Quatre, Helene Poulit-Dusquene, CEO of the Maison, said, “2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the Quatre collection, so it felt only natural to celebrate this milestone surrounded by people who resonate with our ethos. We are proud that this iconic collection is being represented by such inspiring women. Individually, they are fearlessly pushing boundaries within their respective industries. As a group, they are the embodiment of the values of strength and protection inherent to Quatre and stand as a testament to the diversity and boundless creativity of women of the Middle East.”
