Ramadan is officially here and iftar and suhoor invitations have already started piling up. If you’re looking to spruce up your wardrobes with pieces that are festive and embrace the spirit of the Holy Month, then check out the five Ramadan collections we’re currently swooning over.
Louis Vuitton
French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has revealed an exclusive Ramadan capsule collection that will, for the first time, include ready-to-wear. Featuring four key silhouettes that are adorned by three themes including lace, broderie anglaise and polka dots, the collection features a mid-length layered dress, an embroidered blouse in black silk, a simple yet chic shirtdress, and pyjamas in electric emerald and black – perfect pieces that will take you from day to night.
Energising the collection are five of the Maison’s most iconic creations including the Petite Malle, Alma BB and Dauphine Mini, each revisited in the Spring-Summer 2022 Monogram Lace animation in a patent leather finish. The Ramadan capsule collection also features the Coussin PM in bold monochrome, while the Capucines Mini takes centre stage with emerald python details.
Dior
Dior goes gold for Ramadan. Featuring Dior’s go-to colour for audacity and creativity, gold has been reimagined for a new capsule collection to celebrate the Holy Month, one that merges exceptional fashion pieces with the house’s fundamentals. Titled Dior Or, the Ramadan capsule collection offers ready-to-wear in a palette of luminous colours; bags (the Lady D-Lite, Lady Dior, D-Joy and Dior Book Tote) are reinterpreted in soft hues and multicoloured finishes; and shoes (the J’Adior pumps and D-Connect sneakers) that shimmer.
Balenciaga
Launching a Ramadan series, Balenciaga has reimagined its favourites for the Holy Month which includes a coveted selection of products designed for women, men and kids. Redesigned in new colours and textures to embrace the spirit of Ramadan – think emerald and pink strass, metallic light gold, dark red, green and all-over logo pattern – the series also introduces Le Cagole and Knife mules, as well as Hourglass bags and wallets in the series’ colour schemes.
MyTheresa
Luxury online retailer Mytheresa has launched a curated edit for Ramadan and Eid featuring iconic pieces from luxury labels including Valentino, Erdem, Emilio Pucci, Dries van Noten, Roksanda, Zimmermann and two festive looks from Rasario and Rotate. In addition to ready-to-wear, the edit features a plethora of accessories to elevate your overall look.
The Outnet
The Outnet celebrates the Holy month of Ramadan with their fifth dedicated campaign and edit. This year’s edit is the first to be featured across womenswear and menswear – and features an array of styles that will take you from day to night.
