Now, the French powerhouse is honoring these artists with a special exhibition at La Galerie Dior. The exhibit is a testament to her vision, showcasing the profound dialogues she has cultivated with artists who have left an indelible mark on the world of fashion and art.
The mesmerizing presentation will house works by luminaries such as Lillian Bassman, Elina Chauvet, Judy Chicago, Maya Goded, Constance Guisset, Katerina Jebb, Eva Jospin, Brigitte Lacombe, Claude Lalanne, Sarah Moon, Brigitte Niedermair, Shourouk Rhaiem, Niki de Saint Phalle, Penny Slinger, and Yuriko Takagi. Each piece contributes to a larger narrative, symbolizing not only artistic brilliance but also the shared commitment to the powerful sisterhood championed by Maria Grazia Chiuri.
A highlight of the exhibition is the reinterpretation of the iconic ‘Lady Dior,’ a symbol of timeless elegance, by the creators of the eight editions of Dior Lady Art. These imaginative renditions of the iconic bag in the Chambre aux merveilles showcase the enduring legacy of feminine creativity within the Dior brand.
