It’s here, it’s here! Riccardo Tisci’s first ad campaign for Burberry’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection has landed. The Chief Creative Officer has already had a pretty epic journey so far at Burberry so we were expecting it to be pretty major. And that is exactly what it is.

First, Tisci revealed his campaign with a teaser post on Instagram just moments ago…

 

This was then followed by a look into his “new world” #Kingdom  which has distinct ’70s accents and animal influences. 

 

And then, he revealed Irina Shayk as one of the key faces of the campaign, shot by Danko Steiner. 

 

Daring, fun and eclectic, the new era of Burberry is certainly upon us.

In a statement Tisci said, “The thing that excites me the most about Burberry is how inclusive it is  it appeals to everyone no matter their age, their social standing, their race, their gender. These are images that have the confidence to stand on their own, but it’s when they are assembled together that they truly bring the diversity, the eclecticism, the inclusivity and the beauty of Burberry to life.”
