The Ramadan edit: Net-a-Porter launches exclusive capsule collections

The digital retailer's biggest campaign yet
Ten major fashion houses have teamed up with Net-a-Porter for an exclusive capsule collection for the Holy Month. Here's a sneak peek at the campaign...

There’s less than a month to go before Ramadan starts and a cohort of regional designers have already released capsule collections for the Holy Month.

We’ve already seen Rami Al Ali and Nadine Kanso collaborate on a slew of beautiful modest pieces, whilst SH Studios gave the traditional garment a whole new look and 55FIFTY7 x Bint Thani teamed up for an exclusive collection

Now, regional and international designers have teamed up with Net-a-Porter for one its largest Ramadan campaigns yet.

Middle Eastern designers, like Zuhair MuradElie Saab and Reem Acra, and international names like Erdem, Oscar de la Renta, Safiyaa, Marchesa Notte, Etro, Mary Katrantzou and Jenny Packham (Kate Middleton’s go-to designer after giving birth to a healthy boy just yesterday), have each exclusively created limited edition capsule collections for the high-end online retailer.

Speaking of the exclusive capsules for Ramadan, Global Buying Director at Net-a-Porter, Elizabeth von der Goltz, said: “During the past few years, our Middle Eastern customers have expressed increased interest in special pieces designed specifically for Ramadan, and our designer brands have responded with exceptional caftans, gowns and dresses tailored to the occasion. With more than 40 eveningwear pieces to choose from, we know our customer will love this exquisite collection.”
