Just this week, Riccardo Tisci announced that a select number of pieces from his debut collection for Burberry would be available to purchase 30 minutes after the show ended for a period of 24 hours.
Now, the designer has surprised everyone by announcing the release of his first T-shirt design for the brand today. Yep, you read that right.
The T-shirt is black and features a white Thomas Burberry monogram. Like the pieces going on sale on Monday, the shirt will only be available for purchase for 24 hours from 3pm local time (GMT +4) today. It can be purchased via Instagram. With just over an hour to go, we suggest you set an alarm.
The announcement is the latest in a string of hype-building moves from the designer ahead of his debut — and they’ve worked because he certainly has our attention.
