Not Just A Label launches a membership program

Loads more access
Not Just A Label, the platform designed to nurture emerging fashion talent, is introducing a membership program giving greater access to the best tools of the trade...

Fashion platform, Not Just A Label, has been a pioneering force for young designers since its inception in 2008. Over the years it’s grown astronomically to the point where there are now 35,000 designers in its network – including the region’s very own Bint Thani. So far the platform has provided designers the opportunity to virtually showcase their work (at no cost) to a host of buyers, stylists and celebrities.

But now, as the platform evolves, so is its strategy. To make sure designers get the most out of NJAL’s resources, the platform is introducing a membership program to provide a “curated tool kit” for up-and-coming-designers to streamline their businesses even better.

For starters, the membership will provide access to NJAL’s new e-commerce platform, which directs visitors back to a designer’s personal online store at no commission.

And according to WWD, “Members will also gain access to a series of discounted services and products in everything from marketing, education and manufacturing from the likes of Starworks Group, Apple, DHL, Tranoi, as well as WWD, which is offering a free one-year subscription as part of the program.”

The program is set to launch Wednesday, with an introductory fee of Dhs180 (USD$49) per month, which will be available to the first 1,000 designers to sign up. Get going…
