Known for its chic edit of the world’s best luxury brands, Net-a-Porter has expanded its offering in recent years to offer consumers the very best of contemporary designers alongside its top-tier offering.
The e-commerce site’s commitment to offering its customers the best and newest names in the business is perhaps no more evident than in the creation of its new ‘contemporary collective.’
The site has sourced exclusive collections from 11 of the world’s most exciting brands including Ganni, Wandler, Rixo and Marques Almeida. The criteria by which the brands were considered for inclusion? “Brands with an instantly recognisable DNA that have the potential to evolve into fashion powerhouses and are distinguished by their democratic yet design-led approach to fashion,” the brand explained in a release.
Speaking about the collective, Lisa Aiken, Net-a-Porter’s Fashion Retail Director, exclusively told Buro 24/7 Middle East, “In recent seasons, we have been championing a huge shift in what we know as a ‘contemporary designer’, with numerous new brands emerging that are redefining the category. Our customers, who love to stay a step ahead, have really embraced the design-led, trend-setting aesthetic at democratic prices. This edit of exclusive capsules is to celebrate a few of the brands who are at the forefront of this movement. The strong DNA of each brand despite their youth is something we love. These are your cult items without the need for a logo.”
The capsules are available to shop on Net-a-Porter now.
