Louis Vuitton’s commitment to creative collaboration is evident in the collaboration with renowned Korean film director Hwang Dong-Hyuk, who will participate in the show scenography as Creative Advisor. The Maison is also extending 100 invitations to local fashion students to experience the show up close, further highlighting the brand’s dedication to showcasing local culture and artistic excellence on a global scale.

With the Art of Travel at its core, the Maison’s latest touchdown in Seoul will transport guests and viewers alike to a buzzing metropolis that effortlessly combines 600 years of history with cutting-edge innovation.

Louis Vuitton’s first ever Prefall fashion show will feature the vision of Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière for the collection, set against the vibrant backdrop of Seoul. Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton, remarks that “Presenting the collection on the iconic Jamsugyo Bridge over the Hangang River beautifully captures Louis Vuitton’s long-standing relationship and shared values with this cosmopolitan city.”

In harmony with the 2023-2024 Visit Korea Year, the Prefall show will be an inclusive cultural event that provides a unique and unforgettable experience for guests and international audiences alike. The show will be streamed live globally on Louis Vuitton social channels and public screens across Seoul, extending the reach to fashion enthusiasts everywhere.
