Last month we announced the super excited news that Dior Haute Couture S/S’19 will be presented in Dubai. And now, there’s only one day to go until one of the biggest events disrupts Dubai’s fashion industry.
For Haute Couture S/S’19 Maria Grazia Chiuri drew inspo from the house’s archive which has always loved the circus, hence the #DiorDreamParade theme. On the runway we saw a slew of chiffon tutus, ruffs, leather corsets, body suits and masculine ‘ringmaster’ suiting. Let’s not forget the all-female Mimbre circus (yes the actual circus) was in attendance. Basically, everything happened at the show. Production value = oh so high.

Well, it looks like the same energy from the Paris show is going to blast through Dubai, too. And of course, we’ll be covering every angle of the show tomorrow night – 8pm – followed by a post-show low down on Buro. Middle East.
