This year, all eyes are set to be on Etro as the Italian fashion house celebrates its 50th anniversary. Whilst we’re all excitedly waiting for the womenswear show in Milan next month, the maison has already given us a sneak peek of what to expect with a celebratory menswear collection.
Embodying the brand’s quintessential codes (think strong, eclectic and masculine), the collection boasts autumnal silhouettes that were crafted from rich textiles inspired by a unique tapestry and carpet-making method.
With a nod to the 70s, the core of the collection saw fine tailoring, strong structural silhouettes, the iconic paisley print and intricate embroidery, echoed through monochrome suits, overcoats, cropped trousers, turtleneck sweaters, crisp shirts and ultra-cool accessories.
