If you’re headed to the French Alps for a winter getaway, one of the most popular resorts is in the city of Courchevel (with one of the world’s largest resorts of the same name located there),. So it’s no wonder Chanel has opened an annual pop-up filled with the season’s must-have clothing.
Now in its ninth season, Chanel’s Courchevel boutique will house the brand’s Fall/Winter ’18 and Cruise ’19 collections, with the brand’s latest Spring/Summer ’19 pre-collection making its way to the store a few weeks later.
Every year, the French maison adds its own decorative twist and this year, opted for an interior that includes black, white, tweed, quilting and graphic lines to showcase the brand’s unique identity. Completely taking over the first floor are the house’s ready-to-wear collections, accessories, watches, jewellery and sunglasses, and after the 31-rue-Cambon-inspired staircase leads to the second floor, you’ll find a whole other level dedicated to shoes.
