Here’s who Mr Porter is teaming up with next

Mr Porter is one of the leading e-commerce platforms for designer menswear collections and this month, it will launch an exclusive capsule collection with Prada. 

According to WWD, the collection will launch on April 25 and will feature 32 pieces designed exclusively for the site. 

Whilst Prada’s menswear collections have been available on the site since 2016, this is the first time the brand has designed an exclusive collection for the platform. 

“Prada’s DNA is, in fact, about creating products [that] are really breakthrough, [and] that might at times surprise customers, while bringing ideas and ideals to life,” Stefano Cantino, the Group Strategic Marketing Director, told the site.

The collection is made up of ready-to-wear items including shirts, cardigans, jackets and trousers, as well as footwear, taking its inspiration from bowling culture of decades past. “The retro themes of Fifties and Eighties men’s wear were an effortless inspiration for the campaign and content,” Toby Bateman, the Managing Director at Mr Porter said of the collection. 

Images of the collection have not yet been released, but Mr Porter has released a teaser video (which you can watch above) in anticipation of the April 25 launch date.
