In the past couple of years, any news related to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle–whether it be about them leaving the Royal Family, their scandalous interviews and book releases, or being chased by paparazzi in New York City–has reeked of controversy. As conversations focused on the drama surrounding the former Royal couple, the one thing we missed talking about is Meghan Markle’s incredible style. That was until now. The couple recently made a trip to Nigeria with Meghan Markle’s meticulously curated wardrobe in tow.
For her first appearance on the tour, Meghan Markle chose the peach ‘Windsor’ dress by Heidi Merrick, a piece that has been in her wardrobe since 2018.
For her next appearance, the Duchess chose a white pantsuit by Altuzarra.
Next, she slipped into a cut-out, zebra-print dress by Johanna Ortiz that she paired with sleek thong sandals and jewelry.
Adding a bold touch of color to her otherwise minimal wardrobe, Meghan Markle chose a bright red slip dress by Orire as she hosted a Women in Leadership panel in Abuja, Nigeria.
Her next look featured a white strapless St. Agni dress paired with a cross pendant.
Next, Meghan Markle styled a traditional Nigerian blue-striped skirt gifted to her in Abuja with a white Carolina Herrera shirt and golden heels.
For her next appearance, Meghan Markle chose the bright yellow Carolina Herrera gown that was first made for her when she was pregnant with Archie. She also wore the floor-length dress in the pregnancy announcement picture with Lilibet 2021. She paired the dress with green dangling earrings and a Nigerian shawl in a matching hue.
For her last engagement in Nigeria, Meghan Markle chose a stunning white and beige scarf dress by Johanna Ortiz, which she paired with beaded earrings and bracelets.
