Appearing at this year’s Arab Luxury World conference, Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter President Alison Loehnis joked with the audience that when it comes to holidays, men will look in their wardrobe and see plenty of options, whilst women will look in their wardrobes and see nothing suitable. Constantly looking for a reason (fine, excuse) to shop, holidays provide us with the perfect opportunity to expand our wardrobes — a task made infinitely easier by the introduction of Jet-a-Porter in 2017.
Jet-a-Porter is Net-a-Porter‘s answer to holiday dressing, offering a year-round edit of vacay-ready pieces that were made to be packed in a suitcase. This year, Net-a-Porter has welcomed a handful of new designers to the platform through Jet-a-Porter, as well as introduced three capsule collections by the likes of Petar Petrov, Altuzarra and Racil.
The capsules are brimming with printed pieces and jewel-toned colours in silhouettes that are both flattering and feminine. Available in limited quantities, the capsules ensure you’ll travel in style without looking like five other people on your flight. Plus, new designers like Zyne, Hereu and Catzorange bring their individual aesthetics to the fore via footwear and handbags.
