Meghan Markle is being made into a Madame Tussaud’s wax figure

To be revealed this year
Meghan Markle is kind of a huge deal, in case you hadn't noticed. And now she's joining the rest of the royal family in this famed museum...

Meghan Markle will marry Prince Harry in just under two months from now and the world is eagerly waiting the pair’s big day. The excitement around Markle has reached fever pitch since news of her engagement broke and whilst it’s unlikely you’ll get to see the newest Duchess up close and personal anytime soon, you will be able to visit her likeness at Madame Tussauds from this year.

“Excitement for the royal couple’s wedding reaches across the glove so it will come as no surprise that we’ve been secretly working away on a Meghan Markle figure since news of the royal engagement broke,” Edward Fuller, Madame Tussauds London’s General Manager said in a statement. He added, “It’s clear that the public has already taken Meghan to their hearts. One half of arguably the most famous couple in the world right now she’s already made her own mark as a humanitarian and role mode. We’re excited to give guests the chance to ‘meet’ her in attraction later this year.”

Whilst no exact date has been confirmed for the big reveal, the museum did reveal it will be in May to coincide with the wedding. Details surrounding what the figurine will look like are far and few between, however Fuller did say that her outfit “will reflect an iconic moment in Meghan’s royal journey so far.”
