BEYONCÉ IS GOING ON A WORLD TOUR

Brace yourselves for a ticket rush as Beyoncé has announced a 'Renaissance' world tour...

BeyHives, you ready? Beyoncé has announced her highly anticipated world tour “Renaissance,” which is slated to begin this spring with concerts in Europe. Marking the singer’s first solo tour since 2016, Queen Bey last hit the road alongside Jay-Z for a tour in 2018 for “On The Run II” and performed 48 shows across the world.

This was, of course, before Beyoncé jetted to Dubai to perform at the new Atlantis Royal Resort in Dubai. The elaborate and highly theatrical spectacle marked her first full concert in four years, and she came to slay with an all-female orchestra, Lebanese dance group The Mayyas, fireworks, a 50-foot hydraulic platform, three costume changes and a guest appearance from her and Jay’s daughter Blue Ivy.

During her performance, there were no songs from the “Renaissance” album so we’re assuming that could mean she’ll premiere one or two on the Grammys this weekend, or even save them for the tour. The timing of the world tour announcement comes just days before the Grammy Awards and there’s been speculation that the singer may perform or at least appear on the show.
