The nominees for the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards, also known as the SAG Awards, have just been announced in Hollywood.
As with the Golden Globes nominations last week, there are plenty of repeat contenders across categories with movies like Black Panther, A Star Is Born and BlackKklansman scoring several nods, just like The Handmaid’s Tale in the TV categories.
Impressively Emily Blunt is nominated twice, for two different movies. She is nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actress in a Leading Role for Mary Poppins Returns and Outstanding Performance by a Female Actress in a Supporting Role for A Quiet Place.
