After making his name known in the music industry, Kanye West has gone to conquer the fashion industry too with his Yeezy empire.
Already consisting of clothing and sneakers, it seems that the American entrepreneur wants to expand his company and dive into the beauty business.
West’s company has filed for a “Yeezy” trademark that would potentially cover a plethora of beauty and skincare products including makeup, false eyelashes, facial masks, nail polish, moisturizers, bath gels, body oils, shaving cream, hair care products and perfumes.
According to multiple sources including TMZ, the move also covers hygienic products like toothpaste, deodorant, aromatherapy and possibly “scented pine cones and aromatherapy pillows.”
West’s move follows in the footsteps of his wife Kim Kardashian and her KKW Beauty line, as well as sister-in-law Kylie Jenner’s popular beauty empire, Kylie Cosmetics.
