Daily Face Wash.
The first thing you should do after waking up is to rinse away any oil residue and bacteria that may have transferred from your pillowcases and last night’s moisturizer. Also, in the evening, rinse away any extra pollutants or sweat you may have picked up during the day.
Your dead cells are removed by exfoliation twice a week, while your healthy, radiant cells are highlighted. Your complexion will be radiant and youthful as a result. In addition, regular exfoliation can help reduce the appearance of sunspots and acne scars.
Moisturize & Hydrate.
It is also recommended to moisturize the skin with SPF 30+ in the morning to protect it from damage caused by the sun’s UV rays which led to accelerated signs of aging such as wrinkles, roughness, and dark spots. Before going to bed, switch to a moisturizer without SPF.
Change pillowcase cover.
