If you’ve been lucky enough to snag a ticket to Coldplay’s sold-out show in Abu Dhabi, get ready for an unforgettable experience. The legendary band is bringing their Music of the Spheres World Tour to Zayed Sports City Stadium on January 9th, 11th, 12th, and 14th, 2025. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime concert.

SHOW TIMINGS

The Fanzones open at 3:00 pm, setting the stage for a pre-show experience full of excitement. General entry into the stadium begins at 5:00 pm, but remember—the clock is ticking! The last entry is strictly at 8:30 pm, so don’t get caught outside the gates. You’ll want to catch the opening acts, too:

Shone (6:00 pm – 6:15 pm): This French modern hip-hop artist will get the crowd pumped up.
Elyanna (6:30 pm – 7:15 pm): Known for her unique blend of Arab and pop music, Elyanna will keep the vibe electric before Coldplay takes the stage.
Coldplay (7:45 pm): Expect nothing less than an epic show filled with fan favorites and jaw-dropping visuals.

HOW TO GET THERE

There is no parking available at the venue, so take advantage of the free shuttle buses running from multiple points in Abu Dhabi and Expo City Dubai. The buses from Expo City start rolling out at 12:50 pm, while in Abu Dhabi, they begin at 1:57 pm from various locations. These buses are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you’re on time. Return buses will be available after the concert, with full schedules posted on the official site. FOOD AND BEVERAGES

A wide variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase, catering to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan options. Keep in mind that this event is cashless, so bring your credit/debit cards or use mobile payment to avoid any issues.

KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER

Tickets: Make sure to download your tickets via Ticketmaster. The QR codes will be available 72 hours before the event. You’ll need to enter through the designated gate listed on your ticket. No tickets are available at the venue, and you should avoid buying from unauthorized resellers.
Shuttle Service: There’s no parking at the venue, so be sure to use the shuttle service. The buses depart well ahead of the concert, so plan accordingly.
Age Restrictions: Children under five aren’t allowed at the event, and those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older. Also, the under-14 crowd will not be allowed in the standing area on the pitch.
