Consistency and hydration are key. I rotate between Augustinus Bader for renewal, Shiseido for its advanced skin science, and Dior ‘Prestige’ for a radiant glow.) It’s so underrated, but I love sweating it out at hot Pilates and yoga at Dryp or Brnn Barre at least twice a week. Saunas and steam rooms are amazing too, for skin and overall wellness.
