Shiseido has just relaunched its makeup offering

One of our favourite skincare brands has finally decided to relaunch its makeup collection...

It’s been over 140 years since the inauguration of luxury beauty brand Shiseido and to say that they’ve mastered innovation in the skincare department over the years would be an understatement. 

Naturally, the next step would be branching out into makeup and after a hiatus on the beauty shelves, the brand is finally relaunching its brand new beauty collection.

Combining Shiseido’s extremely high craftsmanship with quality pigments and ingredients, the new beauty collection consists of 21 products in total, complete in 125 vivid shades and four innovative textures. 

Following the brand’s new mantra “Beauty Reimagined. Beauty Made With Soul.”, the entire collection boasts 145 years of its rich Japanese heritage and ground-breaking technology. 

Speaking of the new launch, President of Shiseido Global Makeup Center of Excellence, Jill Scalamandre, said: “It was very important that we link the skincare-which is our heritage and pride-to Shiseido Makeup. That said, we are not simply a colour brand with skincare claims. When it comes to innovation in the formulationShiseido remains unmatched in the industry, so we harnessed that technology to develop revolutionary textures in colour that are in lockstep with our skincare positioning.”
